Jr Expert - Learning management system administrator/manager

Job description
We are currently looking for a new team member for our client ECDC in Stockholm. You will work as a Junior Expert in the Public Health Training Section. The interim should be available as soon as possible and the assignment will initially be until the end of the year, with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
The interim will work in the Public Health Training Section.
 
Key tasks include:
•            Serve as the learning management system (LMS) subject matter expert to perform training, complex troubleshooting, learning content uploads, creating reports/analytics, test/implement LMS upgrades and enhancements and maintain the overall user experience
•            Manage the LMS, ensuring it is up-to-date and implement the best learning practices
•            Manage the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)



Working hours
The assignment will start as soon as possible and be initially until the end of the year, with a possibility of further extension.

Qualifications
In addition to the profile specification, these specific competences and experience are required for the current assignment:
•            Experience on management of LMS (Totara or Moodle)
•            Experience in instructional design
•            A public health experience would be of added value
•            Excellent command of English; spoken and written
