TATAA is a fast-growing company with two decades of history and is preparing for global expansion backed by an investment firm. The company is comprised of a team of scientists providing laboratory services, products and training across a broad range of molecular analysis technologies including q/dPCR, NGS and proteomics. The company serves pharma, biotech and academic customers and is considered the leader in the field. This position offers an exciting opportunity to get involved early in TATAA’s expansion.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
TATAA is recruiting a passionate individual to join our growing company. We are looking for a Product Sales Associate to help us achieve our goals. The scope of this role encompasses aiding the growth of TATAA Biocenters product portfolio and supporting the sales team to achieve sales goals, which includes TATAAs own products and suppliers products distributed by TATAA.
You will initially report to the Supply chain & Product Manager. For this position you will be placed at the companys headquarter in Gothenburg. No relocation package is offered from the company.
Main Responsibilities
• Support on maintaining TATAA Biocenters product portfolio:
• Serve as contact for and enhance relationships with TATAA Biocenters suppliers, distributors, and product customers.
• Contribute towards achieving product sales targets through active interaction with customers
• Respond to and update tender agreements as needed.
• Support with creating a product descriptions and manuals for internal and external use (with tech support provided by R&D and CS departments).
• Support with creating product marketing material and at exhibitions.
• Provide general product support (with tech support from R&D and CS departments).
• Develop TATAA Biocenters product portfolio with support from the management team.
• Report on product sales and other key metrics.
KVALIFIKATIONER
Requirements and Personal Skills - Skallkrav
Requirements:
• M.Sc. or B. Sc., in a Life Science subject
• From 0 to 3 years experience in life science product sales or product management
• Very good knowledge of qPCR, dPCR and NGS workflows and the products used
• Understanding of brand and product management principals
• Experience with distributors is a plus
• Experience interacting with suppliers is a plus
• Experience with tenders is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English
• Team player, able to collaborate efficiently with fellow colleagues, customers and managers.
