Being in the Jungheinrich Graduate program will probably be the coolest opportunity for you this far, and a boost for your career!

You will be employed in Jungheinrich Svenska AB or Jungheinrich Danmark AS with a Swedish or Danish contract and be part of our global graduate program “Jungheinrich International Graduate Program (JIG)” in Hamburg for approximately 24 months, doing several trainings at our HQ in Hamburg and assignments in other JH entities around the world.

When the program is over, you continue your employment in our Swedish or Danish organization or have found an other career opportunity in the global Jungheinrich organization.

The form of employment is probational employment depending on local legislation in SE or DK. The employment rate is 100% and you will have a market salary.



As a member of the JIG program at Jungheinrich, you will

- Have challenging tasks in Sweden and Denmark as well as in our global organization

- Develop your leadership skills in different departments

- Focus on your strengths and talents through individual coaching

- Take responsibility for several cross-functional projects

The JIG program in brief

- The program is approximately 24 months

- You will receive a market salary from start

- 1-2 longer assignments abroad, usually 3 months at a time

- Individual career planning and support from a Senior career sponsor, Mentor and Buddy

- Professionally structured training in people management within the business

- Flexible and hybrid working hours for a better work-life balance

- Become part of a global network both during and after the end of the program

Your information

We are looking for you who has completed or is about to complete your master’s degree with an interest in e.g. the following areas:

- HR Development

- Training and competency development

- Setting structures and processes that will last

- Formalize collaboration between managers and co-workers

- Support a structured and value-adding digitization journey in the organization

Dates to consider

Start of employment: 2023-10-15

Start in the JIG program: 2023-11-15

Your profile

- Successfully completed or near completion of Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent, with appropriate course selection for the specialization

- Knowledge in Training & People development and/or Employer Branding

- Fluent in Swedish or Danish, and English; other languages may be meritorious

Your personality

- Drive for development and ability to collaborate

- High cognitive ability

- Confident communicator

- Social skills and networking

- Structured approach, takes own initiatives

- High persistence in pursuing complex issues and projects

- Ability to change perspectives and dynamic working methods

- Intercultural competence, e.g., through longer stays abroad or similar can be meritorious

The location of the position

The position is located in our office in either the Malmö or Copenhagen area. When the onboarding is completed there is possibility for hybrid work 40/60%.
