As Junior Account Manager at Swedish for Professionals, you will be part of a fast-growing and exciting scale-up company. We are looking for a driven person with a genuine passion for sales, who loves to create strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients. We believe you are a team-player with exceptional relationship-building abilities. We have both Swedish and English speaking clients, which makes it paramount you have excellent communication skills in both languages.

To be successful in this role you need:

- Excellent English and Swedish skills, both written and spoken
- Sales knowledge; B2B Sales, relevant B2C and/or telemarketing
- Education within a relevant field; Sales, Economics and/or Business
- Computer skills; admin systems such as Excel, Office program and/or CRM-software
- Result- and goal-oriented
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Experience from delivering on projects independently and successfully


What you will do:

As a Junior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to combine your theoretical and practical knowledge within sales, business development, and customer relations. You will work to maintain and develop our existing client relationships, as well as establish new ones and create new profitable businesses that contribute to our organizational growth. The tasks will span from reaching out to new business prospects to analyzing new markets and implementing business strategies.

The right person will have the opportunity to be a key player in developing the sales department, as well as coach and lead future Sales Representatives.
