Junior Account Manager
We are now looking for a junior account manager to join the team Global Commercial Payments division at American Express. This is a consultant job, you will be employed by Manpower and working at American Express at Gärdet, Stockholm.
The job is expected to start as soon as possible and will last during 2018 with chance to extension.
As a Junior Account Manager your main responsibilities will be
* Telephone support for existing company customers
* Active sale of the offered Amex product portfolio to existing customers
* Handle inbound inquriries of prospects
* Close monitoring of sales developments
* Generating a clear understanding and assessment of developments and progress against key findings
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and further increase it
* Collaboration within the team, but also across departments (eg pricing, marketing, risk, implementation), close coordination with other service units and customer departments
Requirements and qualifications
* Post graduate education
* Experience in customer service and / or sales
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Salesmanship, negotiating skills
* Ability to identify opportunities and manage them throughout the sales process
* Strong understanding of service and ability to talk with customers of different industries and hierarchical levels on an equal footing
* Good understanding of economic concepts
* High level of self-motivation
* Excellent interpersonal skills for verbal and written communication
* Empathy and tolerance for critical customer inquiries
* Ability to work organized and systematic
* Learning ability and flexibility
* Fluent in Swedish and English
