Junior Account Manager Working Student

Are you a student who wants to get a foot in the door to one of the largest companies in the wind industry while still studying?
Nordex Sweden is now looking for a Junior Account Manager to our Headquarters in Uppsala.
As an Junior Account Manager working student you will support our Account Manager with designated commercial topics such as creating quatations & sales order, handeling customer questions & requests and other administrative tasks.
As a working student at Nordex Acciona, you will be able to put theory into practice while continuing with your studies. The working week is normally an average of 15 working hours, and is paid by the hours performed. The Junior Account Manager should also be availible to fill in during vacation periods for colleuges within the team. We can offer a flexible scheme that can be addapted to your studies.


As an Account Manager working student some of your key accountabilities will be;
Support Account Manager with commercial issues for a defined customer portfolio
Creating quotations for exchanges/repairs and spare parts
Prepairing and creating sales orders
Spare part identification & ordering material
Support in invoicing
Handeling customer questions and requests.
Cooperation and management of interfaces to other operative functions (Local Operations Managers, Back-office, Finance)
Other administrative tasks



Some of the tasks can be adjusted based on your personal interests and to better support your studies.
Job requirements
Preferably some experience in Account Management, customer service or administrative tasks
Fluent in Englsh
Experience in SAP (would be an advantage)
Good knowladge of MS Office, especially excel.
Strong organizational skills and able to set priorities
Excellent communication skills with external customers (and internally)
