Junior Accountant

The Accounts Payable team at Polarium is looking for an extra resource, to be based in Stockholm, during the summer to make sure that invoices are processed and paid on time. The selected candidate will work on an hourly basis starting from April, transitioning to full-time employment from June until mid-August, and back to hourly basis during the fall.

Responsibilities:

- Verifying vendor invoices

- Assigning dimensions to invoices and sending for approval

- Matching invoices against purchase orders and investigating differences

- Handling finance related questions and emails

Qualifications and experience:

2nd or 3rd year finance student at university

- Interest in accounting

- Structured, accurate and a quick learner
