Junior Accountant - Global Accounting Function

We are looking for a Junior Accountant for an assignment with the global accounting function of a multinational company in Stockholm.


The Global Accounting Function is responsible to make sure our client can handle all financial transactions in a way complying with the rules and regulations all over the world, as well as representing the accounting function in all different projects throughout the organization.
We are now looking for a consultant to our Intercompany team.

The Intercompany team is a global team and responsible for commercial intercompany transactions in the group. The team is running the intercompany reconciliation supported by a system called ICR and all subsidiaries are assigned to the tool. The team is based in Stockholm. However, accountants from all subsidiaries have the responsibility to reconcile its own intercompany transactions.


Your profile:
Just like everyone at our company we believe you are a service minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Cooperation between Accounts Payable and Account Receivable functions to optimize efficiency will be important. Supporting between different accounting areas is included in the assignment.


Your personal qualities also include:
Degree within Business Administration & Economics (or similar)
Minimum 3 years of experience from working as an Accountant
Minimum 1 year experience from working with intercompany reconciliations in a global organization
Experience from working in SAP ICR tool is required
Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
Fluency in Swedish is a merit.


This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Stockholm. Start is February 1st, 6 months contract with good possibilities of extension after that.
