Junior Accountant to a startup retail company

Agigo is now looking for a Junior Accountant to join at fast growing start-up company within the retail sector. In this role you will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and VAT. This position is a full-time employment at the company’s HQ in the center of Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

Control and compliance of all Accounts Payable including supplier database management, filling and setting up payments from/to our business system.
Be responsible for all Accounts Receivable, manage customer database, including correspondence with the Customer Relations teams regarding payments etc.
Day to day bank transactions updates and log the bank transactions in the ERP system.
Collecting and bookkeeping the team- and company business card express.
Monthly VAT reporting in Europe and the US.
Support with current accounts and in the monthly closing process.


Your profile

University degree within accounting/finance or similar
Organizational skills
Structured and well-planned
Service orientation and proficient in Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
