During this assigment will you be hired by Wrknest and work as a consultant for approximately 3 months with a chance of extension.



Assignment description

The supplier risk management allows internal employes to focus on customers and growth while knowing that suppliers providing services critical to our business live up to our requirements as a regulated bank. We aim to excel in balancing risk management, compliance, speed and stakeholder support in delivering a procurement process that enables criticality assessment, risk identification (SEGMENTATION) and risk mitigation (TREATMENTS).The team requires operational support delivering the risk assessment process to the contract owners, as well as with the completion, processing and archiving of all the supporting documentations for both onboarding and ongoing controls for suppliers



Tasks and responsibilities

- operational support delivering the risk assessment process to the Klarna contract owners
- reporting on the operational effectiveness of the process
- training contract owners on the process
- support for the contract owner in the completion of all the risk assessment documentation
- support for the contract owner in completion of all the supplier risk mitigation documentation
- issuing and ensuring correctness/ completeness of the ongoing controls
JIRA ticketing system)
- processing and archiving of all the supporting documentations for both onboarding and ongoing controls for suppliers.
- ad hoc support with team management information reporting
- ad hoc support with data dashboarding/ visualisation



Required Skill-set

- Good communication / internal customer skills essential
- Swedish speaking (as well as english) preferable
- Stockholm based preferable
- High energy and willingness to learn is the critical skillset
- Understanding of risk management, legal financial regulatory matters and/ or procurement desirable
- Experience with JIRA (or other ticket management systems) workflows and dashboards a bonus
- Experience with management reporting desirable
- Experience with business process engineering/ -implementation is a bonus.

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 3 months from start

Working hours: 40h/v, 100%

Location: Stockholm. Work both from home and from the office.
