For our client we are looking for a Junior administrator within Service desk to start asap.
Location: Älmhult, Sweden
Possibility to work remote.
Background
To work inside a Service Desk team supporting users in our stores, DC and other companies in purchasing from our IMS webshop and iShop. Depending on workload in different support areas - Teamleader will lead and delegate the tasks that the consultant should perform. The tasks can vary and change depending on business need.
Service Desk adminstration tasks:
front line tasks which include order handling (m3) email adminstration to co-workers
case handling system administration
working with phone support to stores - on Cisco platform
working with iShop user support - user queries, account creation and other admin tasks
business system support
secure supplier inflow administration.



The scope of the consultant services is to assist our customer in:
Be a solution-focused speaking partner for company users and act as their voice.
Be an active part of a global team with common goals, measurements, processes and tools.
Adapt communication style to address diverse audience supporting globally
Bring value to the company by helping our colleagues make efficient and effective use of the company Range and Services
Be responsible to coordinate actions from multiple teams find resolution for User Incidents and Requests
Secure efficient interactions between company Users and suppliers through clarification, negotiation and order placement
Ensure clear and accurate placement of orders to our suppliers and lead solutions when required
Contribute to the continual improvement of the Service Center and help identify opportunities for sharing and collaboration



Desired knowledge, experience, competence skills etc
Build and maintain effective networks
Working in a collaborative functional organization with multiple global locations
Have experience from customer service and/or retail
Fluently in English, both verbally and written
Multi-language capability (advantage)
Have a passion for service and always give the best support possible
Have strong administration skills with interest in new digital solutions
