Junior analyst to an IR and business development team in Stockholm

Role description 
We are now recruiting a junior analyst to an investor relation/ business development team in Stockholm. You will be working alongside five colleagues in the team and among other things help primarily with:

- Reporting to investors, including quarterly reports, monthly letters, annual meetings and midyear material
- Help with organizing annual investor meetings and individual investor meetings that occur independently throughout the year
- Create new and updating existing company presentations
- Assist the team involving communications strategies


- Assist  in the fundraising preparation: pitch book, private placement memorandum, etc.
- Assist in press releases and marketing materials in Swedish and English
- Report to private equity organizations
- Responsible for capital calls and distributions process to investors

Our client is well known within their industry and the office is situated in the heart of Stockholm. 

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who: 

- Has a university degree within business, finance or marketing
- A few years of work experience after or during your studies
- Has very good written and spoken linguistic skills in English, preferably native or with extensive international experience
- Is proactive, detail- and number-oriented.


- Is social and excited to drive business
- Has good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel

You work in a structured way but can prioritize with quick changes. Furthermore you are a team player with a high level of commitment and good social skills.
