Brödtext: The Toyota Group is one of the largest and most highly regarded group of companies in the world.Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE), part of the Toyota Material Handling Group (TMHG), offers a complete line-up of forklifts and warehouse equipment, supported by comprehensive services and business support network across Europe.Since it began producing forklifts in 1956, Toyota has become a leader technological innovation while developing a reputation for unsurpassed quality, reliability and safety.In 2001, Toyota became the world leader in the material handling industry.Within Sales Operations Support this area is responsible for the support, maintenance and development of the applications supporting the sales process.The main application at this moment is CRM (Customer Relationship Management).The Sales Operations Support team supports our Market and Service companies in the total sales process, with training, performance analysis and applications.The role As application specialist you provide our Market and Service Companies with support according to the user's requirements as well as maintaining and developing the work processes linked to the application.You will also be responsible for ensuring that development and use of the application complies with the standards, routines and policies set for TMHE processes.After a successful implementation during 2009/2010 the focus with regards to the CRM application is now on Kaizen, continuous improvement of the processes and the application.As the implementation was focused on the sales process the challenge is now to also introduce other business areas into the CRM application.The position includes not only contact with the local companies, but also the IS/IT department, other business areas within TMHE and to some extent with suppliers. As a person: In order to succeed in this area you need good problem solving skills, be keen, have well developed communication skills and like working with colleagues from different cultures and at different levels in the company.As the T-CRM team is spread over Europe an independent working attitude along with team player capabilities is required.Travelling should be regarded a natural and inspiring part of the job. You are social and positive.You are eager to learn new things and like challeges and perform well under pressure. We think that you just have been graduated with maybe an Master Degree in information Technology, economics, business system or simular education.
