We are looking for a Junior Area Manager who will be an important part in developing our foodora community and take creative initiatives to promote our Rider engagement. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Be responsible for fleet management including rider recruitment, onboarding, and staffing,
Initiate projects and activities that promote rider engagement and development,
Drive fleet performance and compliance and run the local operations,
Be responsible for personnel follow-ups regarding e.g. performance and work environment,
Develop and create a foodora community within our fleet and partners with support from your Area Manager
WHO YOU ARE
Structured - We are moving fast, everything isn’t in place yet, therefore finding a good structure is key.
Analytical - Bring your analytical and logical thinking skills to us, these skills will be highly important in this role.
Solutions Oriented - You can find a solution to the most challenging task.
Communicative - You are a solid communicator and networker, who thrives in helping out colleagues and promotes growth.
Leadership skills - For you, it’s a no-brainer to lead by example, your leadership skills will be crucial in this role!
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree from a relevant area (e.g. HR, Economics, or Logistics),
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides),
You can communicate both in Swedish and English, and Arabic is meritorious,
It will be considered a plus if you have some sort of leadership experience, formal or informal,
A driver's license is a requirement.
Start date: As soon as possible.
