About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Tasks and responsibilities:
As a billing administrator, you are responsible for the communication of invoicing requests via Salesforce and e-mail between customers. You are responsible for preparing invoicing for submission to customers of various kinds and financial reconciliations. You prepare and review the monthly invoices according to the company's guidelines using financial reports to ensure compliance with deliverable deadlines. You analyze, investigate and solve a number of internal and external customer questions about invoicing status. You work mainly with customers from Sweden and the UK, but as the company has offices in a number of other countries, your schedule may be affected.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Work experience from a similar customer-oriented role in a finance function
• Good knowledge in Office and Excel
• Good knowledge in English, speech and writing
• Post-secondary education, preferably in economics, is an advantage
• Knowledge / understanding of SQL / Salesforce / SAP is an advantage
You are a person who takes responsibility for your tasks and has the ability to structure and prioritize the right things. You are good at setting up and keeping time frames and are careful to work until the results are achieved. Furthermore, it is important for you to be careful with details in the daily work and you leave nothing undone. In addition, you see no problems with supporting your colleagues in different areas and strive to deliver solutions that make it easier for others. Since the role involves some contact points in the organization, we are happy to see that you thrive in social environments and have a good communicative ability.
