We are now looking for a Nordic Junior Brand Experience Manager for Home Care to Unilever! An exciting role where you will deliver excellent brand experiences for our Home Care category in the Nordics, including brands such as Via, Biotex, Neutral, Cif, and more. This is a recruitment starting ASAP with a 6 month trial period. The office is located in Solna.
About the role
For this role we are looking for a skilled marketer who is passionate about delivering excellent brand experience. The key brand activities include brand strategy, communication strategies, and digital transformation. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and implement brand plans which deliver business objectives through media plans and activation using global or regional asset and ensuring relevance in the local context.
• Adapt global or regional marketing plans into winning local executions.
• Craft multi-channel media strategy.
• Plan, develop and execute launch strategies and marketing support for new products.
• Identify the local brand "Do´s" and partnerships to deliver on the brands purpose and to make it come alive.
• Work very closely with the trade marketeers in the countries to ensure strong in-store and customer executions of our brand plans
• Accountable for the analysis of brand performance, purpose delivery and brand health. This includes the monitoring of progress against key measures and ROI of key activities.
• Accountable for Home Care Nordic Brand Marketing Investment (BMI) budget for your respective brands.
• Build business partnerships with regional brand teams, Consumer & Market Insight (CMI), Media, Digital hub, People Data Center (PDC) and trade marketing primarily.
• Develop annual and long-term communication plans to be presented towards our customers making them believe in our brand.
• Work closely with Portfolio & Innovation Channel transformation team to ensure consistent brand articulation
• Champion the cleaner future transformation and bring our sustainable innovation alive in a way that´s both understandable and engaging for consumers.
Your Profile
Key Requirements:
• Visible record of successful marketing activities
• 1-3 years working experience within marketing, preferably within consumer goods business
• University degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant area
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Fluent in at least one Nordic language
