We are therefore looking for a Junior Brand Manager to support the Philip Morris Nordic Marketing team, based in Stockholm. This position is a great opportunity for a young professional who has a couple of years of experience with marketing in an international setting and who wants to be part of this exciting journey.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
As Junior Brand Manager you will:
• Closely monitor the sales performance, competitive environment and consumer data
• Contribute to defining the business opportunities/business issues
• Analyze adult Nicotine users’ needs, segments, and market dynamics
• Support the Brand Manager in preparation of Long-Range-Plans (LRP) to address major business opportunities/ issues identified through analysis
• Support the Brand Manager in building commercial plans to meet the brand annual targets in close alignment with all relevant departments, i.e. Sales, Operations, HQ packaging, HQ product development, HQ Marketing, Legal, External Affairs
• Manage administration of new product initiatives
•Execution of strategies, coordinating with all relevant departments to ensure success
• Support the Brand Manager on pricing in collaboration with Finance, channel promotions and incentivization
• Collaborate with agencies for marketing material
• Maintain knowledge of the global brand and portfolio toolbox from Philip Morris category management team and establish rapport with the global and regional brand teams
• Identify suitable tools with successful learnings from other Philip Morris affiliates and adapt tools to local market needs
• Establish an understanding on operations and factory processes to achieve flexibility in projects
WHO YOU ARE:
• Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in an international environment
• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Economics or similar
• Excellent project & stakeholder management skills
• Great presentation, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate the work of other people
· Fluency in English and Swedish
