Volvo Action Service (VAS) is the contact- and co-ordination centre of Volvo Parts Ghent, situated in Oostakker-Belgium.The department consists of several language teams which provide full-fledged assistance for truck drivers who have broke down.Drivers are offered support in their mother tongue concerning a variety of problems: repair, spare parts and even accommodation. You will provide an essential relief for truck drivers who have broke down and will assist them to as soon as possible get back on the road.You will provide a full-fledged support for the driver relying on your telephone and equipped pc.With these instruments you will guide the driver to the nearest maintenance point and handle all the additional issues.You will get in touch with the employer of the driver and check if the payment guarantee is valid.You will make sure that all this information is inserted in the system, so your colleagues can do the follow up.You will work in shifts.The person: You are hands on and have a problem solving mentality, see your self as flexible and stress proof. Education/Experience . Degree in a relevant discipline or at least two years experience in the field of customer service .
