Junior Breakdown Coordinator (Swedish, Finnish)

Job description:
- You work as a part of the Breakdown co-ordination team where you give road assistance to customers.You do this by acting as the link between the customer on one hand and the dealer net on the other hand.
- You look for acceptable solutions for problems related to the breakdown
- You keep all the different parties up to date about the progress.You do this in a proactive way.

You are part of a team with certain langauage skills, but throughout the process you work closely together with other teams within the company.

Profile:
You are fluent in ENGLISH +
SWEDISH + FINNISH.
You are customer-oriented and have good communicative skills.
You have basic skills in MS Office applications and you are willing to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night and weekend shift)

Our client, Volvol Action Service, wellknown in the automotive business based in Oostakker (near Ghent - Belgium) offers round-the-clock assistance with emergency breakdown services for trucks and busses all over Europe, and provides its customers (especially truck dealers) also with technical advice.The basic salary for these jobs is 2577.55 euro gross a month.

On 19/09 two persons of Volvo will be in Göteborg for interviews for these functions.
