Junior breakdown coordinator Swedish/Finnish

Description:
- You work as a part of the Breakdown co-ordination team where you give road assistance to customers. You do this by acting as the link between the customer on one hand and the dealer net on the other hand.
- You look for acceptable solutions for problems related to the breakdown
- You keep all the different parties up to date about the progress. You do this in a proactive way.

You are part of a team with certain language skills, but throughout the process you work closely together with other teams within the company.
Profile:
You are fluent in ENGLISH + SWEDISH + FINNISH.
You are customer-oriented and have good communicative skills.
You have basic skills in MS Office applications and you are willing to work in a shift system
