About the role

As Junior Business Analyst at Voyado you will assist in different work tasks in order to close the monthly reports to different stakeholders within the company (such as the board, management team). You will be an essential part of our finance team and be a part of all financial processes and get a good knowledge of running a finance department at a SaaS-company. The accounting at Voyado is outsoruced to a third party but you will be a key player to improve the group finance functions and processes and internal control. You will report to CFO.

Some examples of your daily work:

- The monthly financial closing process
- Atomisation of customer receivables
- Internal control of accounts payables
- Analyse business/financial data and help identify potential improvements
- Administrative finance-related tasks


So, who are you?

To thrive in this role you need to be structured, thorough, learn fast and be a good communicator. You need to be unpretentious, responsive, analytical, and enjoy working proactively with improving processes within the Finance team. You have strong analytical and numerical skills and feel comfortable handling a large amount of data and present it to different stakeholders within the company.

Skills & Background:

- Academic degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Management/Administration
- Experience from at least 1 internship or shorter full-time employment from investment bank, management consulting firm or an accounting firm/department.
- Excellent skills in Excel and power point.
