About the role

As a Business Analyst you get to be a part of a company that will invest in your professional development. Your will support the Commercial and Strategic Management Team in various administrative tasks related to the business. Also, you will support the corporate office team with reports and analyses to shareholders in London and Tokyo. You will be working closely with the managements team and Japanese expatriates. Examples of your responsibilities are:

Support the Executive Assistant with administrative tasks by preparing material for presentations (both shareholders and MMCS); find, analyse and organise data for reports, such as annual budget, monthly reviews, daily operation updates, new business ideas and investment portfolio. Support strategic management team by participating in creation of business plan and monitoring the progress. Other various tasks related to their business and support of other functions when needed. Participate in projects related to finding synergies within the group company. In the short run, the role will be to assist other participants with analysing and creating various reports. In the long run, this role will be expected to independently run projects within corporate planning and business development. 

Travel can occur both within Sweden and abroad

Who you are To be a suitable candidate for this role you have a Bachelor´s degree in business administration or other relevant area. You are fluent in corporate English and can analyse and understand different types of data and present it to others. You also need to understand basic corporate structure and budget work.  

As a person you are thorough, detail-oriented, business minded and most importantly, you are curious and ready to learn!
