Junior Business Controller

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance Department at Fenix Outdoor has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Business Controller to join our dynamic and friendly team. You will be working with our Direct to Consumer (DTC) Brands and be responsible for developing financial management reporting, developing business intelligence reports to the business and be a valuable contributor to Fenix Outdoor's new Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) project.
This full-time role is located in Solna, and will report directly to the Financial Controller, Sverker Rytterstedt.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Financial Controlling
Ownership of balance sheet and income statement for Brands DTC business in Europe (stores & e-commerce).
Valuation and reconciliation of defined balance sheet accounts.
Be part of developing internal reporting to management.

Business Controlling
Business performance analysis for Brands DTC business in Europe (stores & e-commerce).
Financial forecasting and budgeting for Brands DTC business in Europe (stores & e-commerce).
Support in purchase forecasting for Brands DTC business in Europe (stores & e-commerce).

Projects
Take part of different project groups for the new ERP project that will run 2022-2024 and play an active role as a member of the Core Team project group. You will drive the financial perspective for the business over whole value chain.
Drive future BI reporting for the Finance department and Business based on new set up. You will be the superuser of the tools and support training and implementation of the tools for staff both in Finance and the wider Business.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience in analyzing, understanding and communicating financial information
Ability to understand the need from business management in forecasting and budgeting
Bring previous experience working in an international setting
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Collaborative and creative mindset in order to transfer demands in BI from finance and business staff into new reports and analysis that brings value
