We are looking for a driven, curious and results-oriented Junior Business Controller, motivated by challenges and constant improvements. The position is based in Sweden, Västra Götaland, and it is for a period of 12 months starting in September/October 2016, that might be prolonged.

Your mission

You report directly to the CEO and work closely with our Senior Business Controller, supporting him in its daily activities;

- You will assure the weekly and monthly reporting activities.
- You will participate in the budget building.
- You will continuously analyze sales and costs to take smart, business-minded actions.
- You will be involved in price and volume decisions.
- Following our systems and business model transformation project, you will make the transition with the old tools to the new ones and put in place reporting to improve the follow-up of the business.
- You will also support our Business Analyst in certain project activities.



Your profile

You are a young professional or just graduated with a M. Sc. Finance (Civilekonom). You enjoy data and systems, especially BPC, Business Object, or similar. You are an expert in excel. You have a real appetite for IT tools with a strong capacity for analyzing and synthesizing. Your Swedish and English are fluent and other languages are desired but not essential for the role, French in particular.  

It is given that you are structured, entrepreneurial mind-set, and a genuine interest in the retail business.
