WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Controller who is proficient in Excel to join our team. You will be responsible for automating tasks & support the senior Business Controller for Logistic & Warehousing, within supply and sustainable operations.

Other fun things you will do:

- Automate tasks using Excel VBA macros and SQL queries
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Assist with closing activities, such as ensure all logistic costs are validated and reconciled, prepare accruals and identify and explain variances
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports
- Support the Senior Business Controller in various ad-hoc analysis


This is a temporary position, part-time, for 6 months with the possibility of extension. (a great opportunity if you want to combine work experience with ongoing studies!)

WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for a self-starter with a positive mindset. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you easily manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI & SQL, not a must but an advantage
- Basic understanding in financial analysis, reporting and planning
- English, fluent in written and oral


If you also are in the beginning of your career and with previous exposure to VBA (or a willingness to learn) it is a match!
