Junior Business Controller to Scania People & Culture!

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to a supplier of end-to-end sustainable transport solutions. We are on the road to a shift towards digitalization, electrification, and automation. A prerequisite for Scania to be successful in the transformation is a strong and business-driven HR. We are now searching for a Junior Business Controller to join our journey at the Business Control department - Are you ready for a new exciting and developing assignment?

What’s in it for you? 

We are a team of a total of 3 Business Controllers and a Head of Business Control, to whom you will report. Each Business Controller is dedicated to one specific business area, where you also are part of the management team. Although, we believe collaboration is a big part of our success to reach our goals and vision, for example regarding common processes such as closings and projections, and support in daily challenges.

Your daily tasks will include:


• Dedicated support and challenge operational businesses and their managers  
• Projections and long term financial planning
• Monitoring and analysis of the business at different levels and follow-up  
• Analysis of costs
• Business Case calculations and analysis

Are we a match?

We are looking for an analytical and structured individual, with a great mind for business and finance. We believe that you have the ability to take on responsibility, the will to enhance our finance processes and that you enjoy a climate of cooperation and change. You easily shift perspectives from the details to the big picture and you contribute with positive energy to our group.

You hold a university degree in finance and are probably newly graduated, or have up to three years of work experience. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both speaking and writing and have a good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of Power BI is considered a merit.
