WHAT WE DO

At Stratiteq we help companies and organizations in becoming sustainable data-driven businesses. We do this by delivering technology and strategy implementations. We purposely choose projects that make an impact, both for our customers, our partners and for society. Our primary focus are companies within Healthcare, Real Estate and Public Transport.



Our way of working is mainly in the form of team deliveries. We consider ourselves a community of strategy and technology craftspeople and we value our team efforts highly. We use platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Dynamics 365, Qlik, and Power BI, to name a few. Regarding our custom development deliveries, we primarily work with C#, .NET, React and Vue. 



Since of 2021 Stratiteq has been a part of Aricoma, a large player in the European IT-market, this gives us an opportunity to tap into a broader competence sharing context within an international organization.

THIS IS THE JOB

As a Junior Business Developer at Stratiteq, you are a key player when it comes to helping our clients to become data driven. This means that you are the one making sure we are reaching the right clients and that we provide the right competence, teams and solutions for the client to achieve their goals. The end goal is always to build a mutually beneficial partnership. Since we’re a part of Aricoma, an international organization with knowledge within several different industries and fields, the arsenal of solutions is huge.

To help you out in building these long-term partnerships with our clients and serve them what they need and deserve, you will be surrounded by a team of highly experienced professionals with a shared passion for business solutions and tech. The team could include anything from business consultants, solution architects and developers.

Personal development is key at Stratiteq. In this role you will be able to develop yourself as a true sales craftsperson, from solving competence needs at clients to selling more complex solutions and account management.

To be able to accomplish this you will need to stay á jour with the latest developments in the market, the relevant industries, and technologies. Curiosity and continuous learning are crucial for the delivery and understanding of what the client needs.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a genuine and proven passion for sales and fulfilling the clients' needs. You see networking and building relationships as a natural part of your day-to-day work and you’re always aiming for long-term collaborations where we help our clients succeed.

We believe that you have a couple of years of experience within sales and the winning mindset that goes along with it: you’re empathetic and high energy with a can-do mentality.

You are goal oriented, and you achieve and surpass your targets. The tech industry is fast paced which means that flexibility and swift communication are key. It’s a plus if you have experience from Tech and the consultant business, but the right attitude and an interest in our industry goes a long way!


Since we’re a part of Aricoma and deals with international companies you should be comfortable in the Swedish and English language, both spoken and written.
