Junior Business Manager

Ardendo is a software company focusing on development of systems for digital media management and IT-based broadcasting.Our international customer base includes several well known broadcasting companies, including SVT, CNN, Red Bee Media and the EBU.Our customers use Ardendo software in mission critical production operations such as media management, ingest, transcoding, editing and archiving.The last two years have been very rewarding for Ardendo.Good publicity at large exhibitions, satisfied reference customers, and strong partnerships, have given us a growing number of customers and business opportunities all over the world.With a current staff of 50, Ardendo is currently expanding to meet the requirements imposed by an increasing customer base.In addition, we are also accelerating product development to sustain our technological leadership.We are currently searching for highly motivated persons with a relevant Australian university degree, and an interest in technically demanding work.The majority of our systems are delivered to international customers outside Sweden, which makes our corporate culture travel intensive.We also have a fast growing market in Australia, and local knowledge of Australian broadcasters and business climate will be a big plus.Willingness to relocate to Stockholm is essential to be considered for this position.The assignment will cover the full sales process but focus on qualifying and follow up existing leads until a quote is delivered.Our reach is global and it is absolutely essential to be able to leverage on our existing partnerships.This position is Stockholm based, but is travel intensive.There is also a strong possibility of relocating back to Australia once a more permanent Ardendo presence is established in Australia.Requirements: * An Australian Resident.* Must have an Australian university degree, preferably a Bachelors of Information Systems or Technology, to be considered.Graduates are encouraged to apply.* Knowledge of Australian Broadcasters & Business Climate.* Extensive practical work experience in systems architecture & business automation incorporated into university studies.* Demonstrable IT skills and the ability to understand and learn technical concepts quickly.* Basic operational knowledge of Accounting, Human Resource, Marketing & Marketing Concepts * Excellent communications skills.Fluent in English.All other languages skills are a plus, preferably regional South and South East Asian languages.E.g.Malay & Indonesian * Ability to produce top quality written work.E.g.Response to RFPs & RFIs in multiple languages.* Willing to relocate, live and work in Stockholm Ardendo always practices probationary employment.Interested?Please include your CV and scanned copies of your degree and marks.NOTE!Use "Jr Business Manager" as subject in your mail.We look forward to hearing from you!
