We are now looking for a motivated Junior Business Partner for Digital & Business Technologies. This is a permanent position with our client.

Brief Description:
In this role you will work closely together with the local business with a tight collaboration with other IT functions taking care of business needs and supporting users, applications and processes. At Region Northern Europe Level you will be accountable for the support of the business processes, the design and analysis of business needs and will manage DB&T projects, proactively collaborating with the business owners and Business Process Managers.
Key Accountabilities:
• Supporting new local business needs/initiatives (mainly within Marketing, Sales, HR and
Finance but not restricted to).
• Supporting Business users and analyze new business needs.
• Optimize existing applications and processes in close collaboration with the local business users and other IT functions at European and global level.
• Conceptual design and analysis of business needs primarily within Northern Europe.
• Management of international and local IT projects and project teams including internal and external resources.
• Cooperation with other internal organizational units.
• Cooperation and analysis of offers of IT suppliers, IT applications or IT system integration.
You have:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as IT business process/needs analyst.
• Experience in IT Project Management.
• Knowledge in SAP environment (FI SD HR) and web technologies.
• Good knowledge of how a company works in general and specifically Marketing, Sales, HR and Finance. Basic understanding of OTC in SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills, Swedish skills of advantage.
• Good communication skills and high willingness to work in/ with a team.
• Good relationship management and open mindset.
• Good self-organization and coordination of all required activities.
• Continuous willingness to learn and to be up-to-date regarding the evolution of technologies and services in the IT area but as well. regarding best practices examples within the company.
