Job Description


We are looking for a passionate Junior buyer that want to part of a new team set up and develop the new H&M Beauty assortment strategy. You will work close with a Brand manager and a Planner and your responsibility is to administrate, follow up the product development process, analyze selling and business potential and to handle order placement and quantification. It´s a plus if you have experience working with Beauty but more important is that you are business minded and curious about new products. You will work in an environment where not every process and routine are set yet and flexibility and problem-solving will be important assets. We are looking for a structured person that can keep track of many task at the same time, someone sharp in analysis and love keeping updated with the always changing Beauty world around us.




Qualifications


Minimum 2 years experience from similar role, meriting with experience from beauty or/and product development
Business minded and want to drive development and progression in the assortment
Strong at administration and a drive to improve processes
Flexible, like fast pace and drive constant improvements
A driven team player who also like to and can work independently and take ownership





Additional Information


This is a full time position and you will be located in the new H&M Beauty office at Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm city Centre.
