Job Description
As Junior Buyer for the External Brands function you will be the buyer’s right hand and support them in their operational tasks in the daily work. You will make sure the product master data in our ERP system SAP is up to date as well as create orders & articles in the system. You will stay in close communication with our partners to make sure all orders arrive on time. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating reorder proposals in close collaboration with other buyers and controllers.
You will also:
Administrate orders and make sure we have the right product, the right quantity at the right time. Ensure that the deliveries are according to order (delivery control). In case of deviations, ensure that the necessary actions are taken. Actively work to keep the timeline both internally and towards our suppliers
Prepare operational topics for buying meetings
Translate orders into our budget follow up tool
Qualifications
We are looking for a strong administrative team player who really thinks keeping well-structured is a key to success in the junior buyer role and we see that you are passionate about keeping up to date with the fast-paced and ever-changing fashion industry.
To be successful and thrive in this role we think that you have/are:
Structured, detail oriented and strong in administration, method and a dive to always improve processes and tools
Strong salesmanship and great commercial thinking
Business minded and want to drive development and progression in the assortment
Analytical skills and get it done attitude, not afraid to take actions
Have negotiations and communications skills and a professional approach towards external and internal stakeholders
Are flexible, solution oriented and a team player
Excellent skills in Excel, office 365 and other planning tools
Good skills in English both in written and oral
