A Junior Client Support Technician is someone with the skills and personality to handle a wide range of IT issues, who can juggle problems, support their colleagues, and find solutions with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
As a Junior Client Support Technician, you should have an interest in IT, and you will be employed as part of Kambi’s engineering department.
You should be able to handle a fast-paced working environment and not be afraid to take action to find and deliver innovative and creative solutions.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and motivation to constantly develop within IT are key qualities for a Junior Client Support Technician.
Key responsibilities.
· Installing, managing, and troubleshooting meeting room solutions
· Providing technical support for company events
· Working closely together with hiring managers and HR to facilitate onboarding
· Setting up necessary training sessions for teams as needed
· Proactively working towards continual improvements of processes, tools, and routines
· Administering Office 365
· Administering office hardware including TV’s, printers, monitors, keyboards
· Managing Windows, Linux and macOS clients
· Working in the helpdesk and responding to tickets and finding solutions to problems
· Help with developing and improving the helpdesk service
Education/Experience
· Educational background in IT or other relevant work experience
Specific Skills/Abilities
· Comfortable with English, both written and verbal.
· Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
· Service-minded with an eye for details
· Highly organized and result driven
· Excellent communication skills
· Can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
· Comfortable working in an international environment
· Flexible and friendly
· Passionate and purpose-driven person.
