We are looking for a Junior Global Communication Manager to strengthen our TENA brand in one of our target channels by developing communication to pharmacies and also working within Care for Others target audience (Care Giving Relatives and Professional Care).
You will cooperate closely with innovation teams, business units, lead markets, consumer/customer insight function, global media agencies and others to consistently position our brand positioning in a territory that drives company sales growth and reach overall Essity targets.

What You Will Do
Develop and drive annual brand/target audience related communication (activation platform)
Support the innovation teams/markets in development of creative communication to pharmacists as well as develop consumer/customer related material for the channel
Develop shopper marketing /shopper activation
Work closely with Global Comms Managers for CGR’s and Professional Care
Support analysis of global brand health to define how communication can be changed to make brand stronger
Digital assets creation for channel / TG
Analyze target audiences’ changing media behavior and future trends
Develop innovative media ideas and secure trials in selected markets
Become an expert in the role of earned media forms
Support the BU in the activation of the communications where needed
Secure the balance with Essity brand and Product & Service brand
Who You Are
1-3 years of marketing, digital and/or communication experience in similar organizations (preferably experience in Regional or Global organizations)
Experience working with B2C and B2B comms
Experience working within an international organization towards pharmacies is an advantage
Background in Sales /Account Management is an advantage
Great communication skills in English
Strong experience working with global digital media agencies
Experience in developing communication (online & offline) and media guidelines

Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment, with great social skills and with an urge to drive your business forward. Communication development is demanding and complex but offers great rewards.
You need to be flexible for travelling approximately 30% globally
