Junior Competition Lawyer

We are a dynamic and friendly group of mostly senior lawyers, with the common focus of providing Telia Sverige and TV4 with legal advice on wide range of topics. We see ourselves as a key player in Telia´s compass for sustainable operations by providing business-oriented legal advice which benefits our company, customers, and society. You would be reporting to our Head of Consumer Legal as a part of our Consumer Legal Team in Telia Sverige.
In 2019 the European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the proposed acquisition of Bonnier Broadcasting by Telia subject to remedies. The role will be related to remedies and will include (but will not be limited to):
Monitoring and guiding the colleagues in the practical application of competition law remedies in our TV&Media business in Sweden
Developing and providing trainings to the line organisation
Reporting to the Monitoring Trustee
Performing compliance checks
Being in close collaboration with lawyers across companies in our Group

Is this you?
We think you are passionate about media, telecom and competition law but also about business and our people. Equally important is that you can build trust and establish credibility in your interactions with others, convey information with clarity and ease, both in speech and in writing, and are able to cooperate well and find pragmatic and workable solutions even when under pressure.
Your experience:
You have law degree (Jur. Kand. / LL. M. or equivalent) preferably with a specialization in competition law
1-3 years of work experience from a law firm, in-house or the public sector with a focus on competition law
An internship with DG COMP is a plus but not a must
