Title: Junior Consultant - PMO & EA
Description of tasks:
The role as junior business consultant with iNext will vary between in-house assignments and assignments at the customer, the missions involve developing within our product to full fill the customer's challenges. After onboarding you will work within a team of senior people and with our best practices for ensuring successful implementations of enterprise performance management. You will be working with different customers in all phases from analysis and proof of concept to implementation of our solutions and services, and continuous development of the customer's solution. This job will require flexibility and travelling capabilities as our customer are spread in the Nordic. iNext consultant is down to earth and we build our business on four core values: Empathy, Professionalism, Commitment and Fun. We are not looking for someone who can everything - we are looking for someone who has the ability to absorb new knowledge and learn quickly!
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
To be able to be successful in your role as a Junior Consultant - PMO & EA, we would like you to have:
·      Master of Science (Computing, Business, Enterprise Architecture, or related field)
·      Demonstrates strong analytical skills and business understanding
·      An eye for good looking design and visualisation
·      Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills, Swedish preferred, English mandatory
·      Able to prepare clear written or verbal briefs for customer and colleagues
·      Knowledge of portfolio management, performance management, enterprise architecture, master data management is preferred
·      Knowledge in COBIT, TOGAF would be desirable
·      Experience from working with Application Management, Portfolio Management or BI-tools (PowerBI, tableau, Qlikview etc.) is an advantage
·      Good knowledge about databases (SQL)
