Junior Controller

About the role
As a Junior Controller you will be preparing financial data, calculate and analyze manufacturing costs and closing books at the end of the month/year. You will be a part of the Finance team where you will cooperate closely with all departments. Finance not only to measure and control, but also to add value to the business.

As a Junior Controller your major responsibilities includes:

• Preparing and sending requests for entry master data into the system; creating and changing cost centers and managing Work breakdown structures
• Preparing monthly view of P&L, including visibility of drivers vs. forecast
• Preparing financial statements for each budget cycle, including both OPEX&CAPEX departmental forecasts
• Consolidation of accounts

The role as Junior Controller is a consultant assignment for approximately 6 months with starting date as soon as possible. The office is based in Malmö.

About you
We are looking for someone with a Master degree/Bachelor in Finance. You have experience from working in a dynamic operating environment and experience of dealing with stakeholders. To succeed in this role you need to have strong Financial Business skills and a thorough understanding of relevant finance tools and systems, specifically Excel.

You are result oriented, well organized and open to change. You have the ability to work under pressure and you can deliver high quality with tight deadlines. As a person you´re responsible, analytic and you have an ability to organize and prioritize.

Qualities we´re looking for in this role:

• Academic degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English
• Rational decision making, analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
• Holistic view, understanding of Production and Supply Chain would be an advantage
• Experience of using a group reporting tool
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and present it in an accurate and relevant format
