Junior Controller

Getinge Disinfection AB is looking for a replacement to our Junior Controller’s position during his parental leave. As a member of our Financial team in Växjö which consist of our Financial Manager and our Controller, it is necessary that you have a passion for processes and an eye for details. On the job, you will support the Finance team in their cross-functional collaboration within the site´s different departments, to implement and optimize Getinge´s financial processes.
About the Position
As a Junior Controller, you will work with versatile monthly reporting procedures, forecasts, budget and ad-hoc reporting. In this role, one key focus is the responsibility for communication and support to our Shared Service Center team (SSC).
The Junior Controller is expected to analyze and improve internal routines and processes, there is also a need for other associated assignments and responsibilities within the department.
Another important part of the job is the involvement in various projects.
Key responsibilities:
Monthly closing assignments
First point of contact with our SSC-team in Cracow and being the intermediary with the involved stakeholders
Analyze, follow up and improve the internal routines and processes
Ad-hoc assignments, analysis and presentations
Involved in our new development projects
Support our production lines in the continuous improvement projects
Support our sourcing department with calculations and analysis
Current-recording support to the department and to our SSC-team
Involved in forecasts and budget process
Statistical reporting
Responsible for manual issued invoices and for handling manual payment transactions in collaboration with our SSC-team
Support in audits

Who you are
Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in economics or in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience within accounting and/ or controlling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
As a person, you are an eager, curious and a quick learner. Acting self-propelled, with a high sense of accountability and a reliable quality hallmark. You are detail oriented, accurate and being able to analyze details in its context in a structural way. You have the ability to work in a fast paced organization where keeping deadlines is an important element. Being a teamplayer in a prestigeless environment with a wide range of duties who truly enjoys sharing your knowledge, and experiences with others. You are also service minded with good communication skills.
Fluency in written and oral Swedish and English language is a must.
