In the role as Junior Customer Support Specialist, your focus will be on their product PalletInspektor and support the three clients in Sweden, Norway, and France. You will in the beginning be a big part of building the support function and a knowledge database for the company.

IVISYS has around 30 employees today and you will be a part of an open culture with a lot of passion for the company and Tech. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Be a part of building the delivery to a new client and learn about the machine
- Develop standard procedures and best practices - document everything and update when needed
- Travel to Helsingborg/Norway/France together with a colleague and visit the clients and help with the support of the machines
- Establish contacts with the clients on-site or at a distance (the manager of the global customer service and support is currently working on a tool for the machines where the client can chat/email directly to the support function at IVISYS)
- Handle tickets from clients and help them to solve issues, and even further enhance client satisfaction by being an excellent communicator

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You who:


* Has a technical education in mechatronics, electronics, automation, vision, data, or AI
* Has great verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of Swedish is a plus

* Have previous work experience in support

You have a curiosity to dig deep into the technical part and you are a communicative person who likes to help others.
