Description
The purpose of the initiative is to do a one off clean-up of customers that needs to be offboarded. This is an initiative where process and execution is coordinated cross Large Corporates & Financial Institutions, customer area, product area, operations with a global perspective.
The Offboarding Task Force works closely with the offboarding project to secure E2E process and digital support.
The client is looking for a candidate who:
- Has experience in working with large amounts of data and assessing its quality, value and potential uses.
- Recognize the importance of delivering presentable and understandable data.
- Is comfortable working with both IT and business and understanding all perspectives and bridging the gap between them.
- Is comfortable with taking own initiatives and be creative when it comes to analytics, optimization and data.
Mandatory competence and experience:
Excellent skills in working with large amounts of data within:
- Excel
- Python
- R
- SQL
- Tableau
- Fluent in Swedish and English
Preferred personal qualities:
- Driven and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Passionate about the possibilities that data brings and curiously looking for solutions to improve the overall data quality.
- Social and collaborative as well as a good communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Have a holistic perspective but the ability to focus on details when needed.
- Constantly looking for improvements and ways to implement them.
- Structured and analytical problem solver that sees the opportunity and not the problem.
- Can work well both individually and in a team
