Are you interested in helping HR to become more data driven and improve employee experience? Would you like to take on a challenging key role in HR's digitization journey? We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst within the HR Talent Management area.
HR Talent Management is the strategic function that is responsible for the end-to-end process for attracting, recruiting, onboarding, developing, and retaining employees - enabling a world-class employee experience.
What you will be doing
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Talent Management and HR by defining, collecting, analysing, and interpreting data. You will manage large amount of information, creating dashboards and make it easy for users to interpret. The outcome is expected to be used to simplify and improving decision-making by utilizing HR data. You will also work closely to Talent Management Development Lead and Process Owners as well as HR’s central data management function.
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Analyse and develop datasets based on business needs.
Create views and dashboard in Tableau.
Support initiatives that improve the data development process.
Setting data intelligence standards and improving data quality.
Who we are looking for:
You have experience in working with large amounts of data and assessing its quality, value and potential uses.
You have excellent skills in working with large amounts of data within SQL, Tableau, Excel and/or any other tool or language and the drive to learn and improve your skills in this area.
You are comfortable with taking initiative and thinking creatively when it comes to analytics, optimization, automation, and data.
Strong collaboration, stakeholder- and communication skills.
Self-driven and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
