💼 Combify is looking for a junior data entry operator. The person will be primarily responsible for managing extensive data related to property information, conducting research, ensuring data integrity and compliance and efficiently organizing and categorizing data.
🌟 The work will be performed at Combify's office in Stockholm and may also be carried out remotely as needed.

Qualifications
Speak fluent English
Strong understanding of real estate, urban planning, and real estate property prospecting concepts.
Proficiency in data management tools and software, with a preference for candidates experienced in GIS.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex data sets.
Basic knowledge of legal terminology and regulations related to real estate and construction.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication abilities for liaising with various data providers.
Adaptability and eagerness to engage in continuous learning, particularly in new technologies and data entry methodologies.
Technical savvy, particularly with tools and software used by Combify, such as interactive maps and Combify internal software and systems.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and manage extensive data related to development plans, land allocations, and property details in Combify's database.
Conduct thorough research to gather and verify information from diverse sources, including public information from government entities in the real estate and urban development sector.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with legal standards in the property and urban planning domain.
Efficiently organize and categorize data for ease of access and analysis.
Collaborate with the Combify team to clarify information and resolve data discrepancies.
