Junior Data Management Specialist – Stockholm, Sweden
We are a fairly new established Data Assets Management unit seeking Jr Data Management Specialists to join us on a fantastic journey for Electrolux to become more and more data-driven in decision-making.
Our mission is to enable stakeholders to operate/consume data on our Global Data Platform (GDP) through effective governance processes, actions and corresponding solutions.
A typical day at work:
• Help build maturity in the various disciplines of data management with a focus on discovery and understanding that will accelerate our data-driven ambitions
• Demonstrate ways of working to help Electrolux functions and regions control and manage their data
• Contribute to policies & guidelines together with processes around metadata about GDP
• Contribute to policies & guidelines together with processes around master and reference data on GDP
• Support the system setting for master/reference data on GDP
• Work hands-on on initiatives that drive data management and governance goals.
• Support the maintenance of metadata/master data management policies on GDP
• Support the implementation of the data catalog for users within the organization
• Track and report on KPIs related to metadata, master and reference data management

The service requires:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or business administration
• Interested in modern data platforms, technologies and space for data management
• Understanding of data classification along with attention to detail, as well as having a helicopter view of system processes
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities
• Speaks and writes fluent English
• Ability to travel internationally if necessary
What you get out of the program
• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary of SEK 25,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be $28,500 gross salary per month.
