Job Description


Are you an experienced Junior designer who loves the Young Boys concept? Do you enjoy working with different teams and products on a daily basis? Then this might be the role for you!
As a Junior Designer at the Kids Division you will work together with our team developing collections sold worldwide in all H&M markets for the Young Boys’ customer. We have high ambitions and a great team spirit. The role involves, but is not limited to, flat sketching, assist with fittings, producing and updating collection overviews and colour charts. The product groups include knit, woven trousers, shorts and shirts.




Qualifications


We are looking for someone with a true love and passion for the H&M Boys customer and products. You are positive and energetic, creative and playful with a great eye for upcoming Boys fashion trends. Our work includes full collection creation and strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize is very important. You must be able to work independently and be used to fast decision making in an ever changing work environment. We create products for all shopping channels for H&M markets worldwide, always with sustainability in mind.
We are looking for you who are/have:
A BA degree in Textile/Fashion Design
A minimum of 1-2 years work experience as a JR Designer/Design Assistant
A true passion for and understanding of our H&M Boys customer
Strong skills in Adobe Suite programs
CLO 3D work experience is meriting
A true passion for fashion, its current and future aspirational trends
A strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication skills and high level of flexibility
A team player who thrives working in a diverse setting where you contribute with your unique perspectives
You´work at a high pace with a strong self drive able to take own initiatives
English fluency (Swedish not necessary)
