Job Description


Do you want to be a part of our journey of being the natural choice of fashion for every parent and every child, by taking responsibility for our future generations?
As a Junior Designer at the Kids Division you will work together with our team developing collections sold worldwide in all H&M markets for the Young Boys’ customer. The role involves, but is not limited to, flat sketching, assist with fittings, producing and updating collection overviews and colour charts. You will work with jersey and license products together with a great big team that drives news value and finds the latest within streetwear sport, license, gaming and social media. We have high ambitions and work fast paced with a great team spirit. You will also be a part of our exciting journey to tweak our customer while having a sustainable mindset. Qualifications


You are an experienced Kids designer, who have a true love and passion for the Young Boys’ customer and products. You are positive and energetic, curious, creative and playful with a great eye for upcoming Boy fashion trends. You must be able to work independently and are used to fast decision making, so ability to prioritize is very important. We create products for all shopping channels and all H&M markets worldwide, always with sustainability in mind.
We are looking for you who with:
A BA degree in Textile/Fashion Design
A minimum of 1-2 years work experience as a JR Designer/Design Assistant
A true passion for and understanding of our H&M Young Boys’ customer
Strong skills in and is used to work at high speed in Adobe Suite programs
CLO 3D work experience is highly meriting
Work experience from license design is a plus
Strong customer focus and enjoy working with commercial fashion for omni channel
Strong communication skills, adaptability and flexibility
A team player who thrives working in a diverse setting where you contribute with your perspectives
Like a fast-paced and everchanging work environment
A strong self drive and can take own initiatives working independently
A sustainable mindset
English fluency (Swedish not necessary)
