Join our team as a Junior Digital Analyst and play a crucial role in Traderas mission of driving the transition to sustainable shopping.
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who is passionate about data analysis, with a focus on improving the customer journey. As a Junior Digital Analyst, you will work closely with our GA4 data and analyse Tradera’s user behaviours. You will collaborate with many different teams and report insights to several stakeholders within Tradera.
Areas of responsibilities:
Support the organisation by providing actionable insights and answer data driven questions.
Take ownership of our GA4 metrics setup, ensuring accurate tracking on all platforms (web and apps).
Analyse web analytics, behaviours, and digital marketing data to discover trends and insights.
Develop and maintain GA4 dashboards and reports. Providing regular updates on key performance metrics along the customer journey and identifying areas of improvement.
For this role you will need:
A bachelor’s degree in analysis, statistics, mathematics, data science or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting data insights to the organisation.
It is a plus if you have:
1 year of experience in digital analytics.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, or similar analytics tool.
Experience with Google Tag Manager.
Interest in how to use and apply Ai in your work.
Proven experience in analysing the customer journey and user behaviours.
