About the role
Are you passionate about digital marketing and want to begin your career in a leading global company? As a Junior Digital Campaign Executive you will be given a great start to your career and you will work in an environment that cultivates learning, collaboration and well-being. You will be part of the digital team that drives the digital activities in the Swedish market and get the opportunity to network with other Junior Executives in the company network. The position is based in the company´s office at Hyllie, in Malmö.
As a Junior Digital Campaign Executive your major responsibilities includes:
• Integrating digital touchpoints in the campaign planning including: Social Media, Influencers, Ecommerce, Paid Media, Emails, etc.
• Creating online brand activation projects and campaigns
• Developing innovative and impactful methods of communication in different digital channels in collaboration with the Brand teams and agencies
• Reporting and tracking relevant KPI´s for the company´s digital activities and campaigns
• Budget Management: planning, tracking and reporting on digital marketing budget
The role as Junior Digital Campaign Executive is a consultant assignment for 12 months with start as soon as possible. The assignment can lead to a permanent position in one of the Marketing departments depending on your desire and future aspirations.
About you
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in Marketing or Business with a passion for marketing, digital trends, consumer behaviour or E-commerce. You are fluent in English, self-driven and exhibit an enterprising spirit. Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is beneficial.
To succeed in this role you need to have a commercial and proactive mind-set and be able to perform under pressure, in a fast-changing environment. You have an analytical way of thinking and as a person you´re innovative and curious.
Qualities we´re looking for in this role:
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Marketing or Business, or IHM degree graduated in the last 2 years or this summer
• Strong understanding of data and consumer journeys
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to engage and work in partnership with many teams
• Experience from FMCG and/or in digital marketing is beneficial
