Our Europe D2C E-Commerce team is looking for a Junior E-Commerce Conversion Optimizer to join forces. The core focus of the team is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. There are many new skillsets and new ways of working both technically but more important cross functionally as we drive this direct channel with consumers. As Jr. E-Commerce Conversion Optimizer, you will be responsible for performing steps in the web and behavioral analysis, development co-ordination, test setup and implementation process in coordination with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue in the D2C E-Commerce channel.

Your everyday challenge
You will as Jr. E-Commerce Conversion Optimizer make sure we drive profitable growth of Finished Goods, Aftermarket sales and Services across multiple web shops and consumer journeys for all of Business Area Europe. Act as a supporting and insightful resource within the Optimization and Growth team and general D2C Sales team as well as wider organization with clear Consumer Experience.
• Participation in all stages of the optimization life cycle framework: Analysis, Initial concept- ideation- hypothecation, gathering of requirements, prioritization, testing and implementation
• Understand the customer journey via web analysis and providing insight to eg. click rates, bounce rates and other metrics that affect key conversion points in the sales funnel.
• Understand the intention and consumer behavior on-site via experience analysis
• Create, run and prioritize hypotheses for A/B tests and continually monitor results is part of your every-day tasks. Taking learnings, improvements suggestions, potential ways of implementation and scaling into consideration.
• Application of user-centered design strategies to define, model and design both theoretical, functional and optimized steps in the sales funnel
• Collaborate with Consumer Service, Contact Centre, Digital Marketing, IT, CX and other cross functional teams to gather insights and optimize each conversion path
• Work within multiple projects/ CRO campaigns from start to finish
• Support in various D2C E-Commerce related projects and business cases
• Cooperation in a motivated and interdisciplinary team
• Work closely with D2C Sales to ensure tested solutions and optimizations are properly implemented in affected markets
Who you are
Analytical. You have a demonstrated experience in working with data and behavioural analysis and taking these into concrete actions (preferably optimization and/or growth-related) with a strong fundamental understanding of interaction and design patterns for web (UX/CX).
Problem-solving. You are passionate about e-commerce and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
Team-player. You are self-going and have a driving ambition in day-to-day projects and can collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and business leaders to identify sales and growth opportunities.
Minimum experience
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, information systems or another quantitative field and/or around 2 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge and genuine interest in site optimization, product development and usability with strong intellectual curiosity and understanding for general E-Commerce practices
• Ideally a demonstrated hands-on experience implementing UX optimization experiments, front-end (HTML, CSS, Javascript) changes and improvements with business impact in E-Commerce
• Hands-on experience using Google Optimize or similar experimentation tool
• Experience in HTML, CSS and /or JavaScript
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools, e.g. Content Square, is a plus
• Behavioral Science experience is a plus
• Fluent English, any other European language we consider a plus
