Responsibilities
As Junior E-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for the optimization of benifyDeals as a product but also the business in general. You will grow our fine relationships with our partners and also create new. You will learn to understand our users and optimize the experience and improve the engagement.
With benifyDeals, we always strive to offer the absolute best deals on the market. Therefore, it is crucial to work closely with new and current partners, as well as colleagues in different functions to create and develop the best possible e-commerce platform there is. As our new Junior E-commerce Manager, you will be the likable partnership manager, you will create and drive commercial campaigns across several markets and lead development projects. Furthermore, you will get the chance to work with world-leading brands and an attractive target group across several markets (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium etc).
As Junior E-Commerce Manager, you will also:
- Run analytics on user behavior and engagement within the platform
- Optimize sales of deals offered to our users
- Improve content and consult advertisers on content quality
- Participate in the creation on our international campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas etc.
- Have technical product ownership and stakeholder management internally and externally in product related questions
- Strengthen the relationship between Benify and its suppliers as well as the relationship between marketplace and internal functions.
Personal attributes
As Junior E-Commerce Manager, you have good analytical skills and understand that, besides our partnerships and collaborations, statistics and data are the foundation of how to optimize our deals and their associated campaigns. To plan and create these campaigns successfully, you also need to be organized. You have a creative and commercial mindset that enables you to optimize the product to produce maximum engagement among users. We also see that you get energy from building relationships as you will be responsible for new and existing partners in your markets.
We also see that you have:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in Affiliate marketing or E-Commerce
- A relevant degree within Economics, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or similar
- Professional language proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Do you also have professional language skills in Swedish, it's a big advantage!
