The client
Our customer, a well-known international and iconic software company, is looking for a Event Project Manager to work in their office located in the center of Stockholm.
The job
As an Event Project Manager, you will be handling events from start to finish - planning, execution, and follow-up of external events, both in-person and digitally. You are used to adjusting events according to the target audience and different requirements depending on who the internal client is. You will be working with internal stakeholders both in Sweden and abroad, as well as suppliers.
Your role is central in the whole process of external events and you are able to shape the the success of the events.
Skills
You are a great planner and love to keep things organized. We believe that you have a few years of experience as an event manager/planner and you are familiar with standard KPI's for event management. You enjoy taking an event from A-Z and to be in the center of putting everything together. People around you often describe you as creative and you take pride in making an event run as smoothly as possible for all stakeholders.
Requirements
- A few years of experience within event management
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- MS Office knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred, or comparable experience
Working remotely
With the current situation with Covid-19, work is preformed from home both internally and externally and meetings are taken digitally.
In more normal circumstances, a large part of the time is spent at the office.
Start date: As soon as possible.
