Junior Executive in Brand Activation

As a Junior Executive you will help deliver our strategy of shifting the business from a traditional tobacco company to a provider of next generation nicotine products. The position is based in our Sweden office in Malmö, in our ambitious and dynamic Brand Activation team, which consists of a retail and digital team. You will be part of the retail team driving the deployment of brand activities in Sweden. You'll be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career with support at every stage of the process, including on-going feedback and coaching.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Development of Brand activation plans for new brand activities to ensure optimal execution in field and long-term plans for all activities.
Provide input into effective Agency briefings to guide the creative process for the implementation of campaigns of key missiles by shopper channel.
Drive development of end market retail campaign touch points based on brand guidelines.
Identify effective ways to attract and engage consumers through creative offline consumer activities
Develop innovative and impactful methods for consumer communication in different shopper channels in collaboration with the Brand teams and Agencies.

You finished your master's degree in the last 2 years or this summer in Marketing or Business. You have a strong interest in being part of an inspiring organisation where you can develop personally.

Key skills needed in these roles:
Excellent understanding of market and consumer / shopper dynamics
Project management experience
Creative and proactive mind-set
Structured with strong communication skills
Advanced Excel and Power Point user
Able to perform under pressure and in a fast-changing environment


BENEFICIAL
Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
